110-300-0165(2)(f) Licensor did not observe measures preventing children from walking into or through the glass door by placing stickers or artwork at the children’s eye level on the glass. (g) Licensor observed a crib placed next to a window. (3)(a) Licensor observed that the provider must take measures intended to prevent hazards to children in care with cuts, abrasion or puncture. Protruding nails and other dangers must be repaired, removed, or made inaccessible to children. (c) Licensor observed potential crushing or pinching from storage closet and must be inaccessible to children or locked. (f) Licensor observed shelving that pose a risk of tipping and must be securely anchored. (4)(e) Licensor observed the water temperature measured 145 degrees on a DCYF provided thermometer.
